The Spring Session of Teacher Recruitment Fair of Yangtze River Delta 2019 will be held this Saturday in Shanghai Second Polytechnic University (2360 Jinhai Road, Pudong New Area). This job affair is co-organized by Yangtze River Delta Educational Talent Personnel Service Unionand Shanghai Educational Human Resource Exchange & Service Center.

The reporter learned that the demand for kindergarten teachers, major courses teachers for elementary and middle schools and physical education teacher is large.

In this job fair, apart from the interviewing, there would be various simulation testing services, such as Mandarin Mock Test, Teacher Quality Mock Test and Teacher Qualification Mock Test. Besides, there will be two interactive projects at the fair to improve the efficiency of the recruitment and attract more talents. One project is “Facing the Principal”, which allows the job seekers screened by each school to meet the principal of that school in person in order to achieve a two-way selection. And these schools are recommended by the sponsors and different districts. Another project is “Only You”, which provides a chance of self-recommending for the job seekers. Each time, there would be 3-5 special-grade principals presenting as interviewers, and they would decide whether to sign a joint recommendation for the interviewee and whether to provide further help for the interviewee according to the interviewee’s performance of the self-presentation and interacting.

There will be a synchronized internet recruitment of this job fair, and the attend units can post recruitment messages on Shanghai Educational Human Resource Exchange & Service Center and receive resumes for free. The job fair would launch a WeChat Program “Service Platform for YRD Educational Human Resource”. With that program, employers can receive the resumes of the job seekers and messages on mobiles, and the job seekers, can pre-register, search the employers and deliver resumes as well.
